Unsupported languages in Address Book

The problem: Apple does not support certain languages for Address Book. So far we tried Catalan, Hungarian and Brazilian-Portuguese. As I wrote before we had to remove the first two languages from ZipCarton because Apple's Address Book does not support those. This means Address Book is only available in some languages but not in all the languages you can select in the System Preferences.

Today Sergio translated ZipCarton in Portuguese, a language we were still missing. By adding the new language to ZipCarton I broke the Brazilian-Portuguese translation. I took me a while to figure out why: I suppose Address Book choose the Brazilian-Portuguese version because it could not find the Portuguese one. By adding a new translation I broke an older one.

I can understand why it's not a good idea to have different versions within the same application, it's not consistant and would be confusing. What is bothering me is the hard work from Bianka, Bruno and Jose - who took the effort to translate ZipCarton - can't even be used now. Thank you all three and sorry for the lost time...

To Apple: please add some more languages! There are a few bilion customers out there who don't speak English and pay the same price for your software they may not even understand.
